You're ready to learn everything you can do to move your partner closer to sobriety...

I’m here to support and guide you every step of the way.

Closer To Sober

Group Coaching

Closer to Sober Group Coaching is a 16-week intimate coaching program designed for women who have a partner struggling with addiction. You are ready to stop walking on eggshells, feel calm and in control, and influence real change in your partner’s drinking.

Groups have a limited amount of members, so you get personal support, direct coaching from me, and a close community that truly understands what you are navigating.

Inside this space we work together to rebuild your emotional peace, learn the exact CRAFT skills that lower defensiveness and increase motivation for change, and break the cycle of resentment, fear, and exhaustion that living with drinking creates.

Each week you will get a clear lesson, a small action step you can apply right away, and a group call where we talk through your real situations so you know exactly what to do and when to do it.

This is the place to get your hope back.
This is where you learn to help your partner move closer to sobriety while staying calm and protecting your peace.

Next group kicks off January 14th

1:1 Coaching

This is an exclusive high level coaching experience designed for women who are ready to transform how they respond to their partner’s drinking, how they feel day to day, and how they show up in their relationship.

I have helped countless women move their partner closer to sobriety while staying calm and in control. Together we heal the emotional exhaustion, the fear, the resentment, and the walking on eggshells that addiction creates.

I only offer a limited number of 1 to 1 coaching spots so I can give you focused support and a personalized plan based on your specific situation.

In our sessions we will work together to help you create emotional peace, communicate in a way that lowers defensiveness, rebuild trust, and learn the strategies that actually motivate change in someone who is drinking or in denial.

This is for the woman who is ready to go deep, learn CRAFT skills, and actually change the patterns that keep the drinking going and keep you feeling stuck.

This is for the woman who wants a long term transformation in herself, her relationship, and her partner’s chances of getting help. $200 USD per session.
